Do you offer refunds? 

We do not offer returns for opened and used products. If package is unopened.  Simply ship the package back to us within 10 calendar days of purchase; major holidays not included.

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. A $4.00 restocking fee and the initial $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 How do I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and ready to ship. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. A $4.00 restocking fee and the initial $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept US based credits cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do accept PayPal.

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders are handmade and hand poured in small batches. Orders have a 3-5 business day processing time upon receipt. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). 

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.  Make sure to read all ingredients before purchasing.

If lost or sent to the wrong address, can you send a replacement?

It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible.  If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

Tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package.

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.

Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

An item was damaged during transport, can it be replaced?

This will be a case by case decision.  Some items can become deflated due to the contains or products.  We thrive to make sure your package is secure before leaving.  Make sure to take a picture and email us legendarybathandbody@gmail.com as soon as you see there is an issue.  

We rather try to fix it if we made a mistake.   We want everyone to feel that have our business in hand.
